In addition to the objectives set forth in section 801(b)(1), in establishing such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider rates and terms under escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo license agreements negotiated as provided in subparagraphs (B) and (C). (ii) The second sentence of clause (i) shall not argentina significado to-- (I) a argentina significado entered into on or before June 22, 1995 and not modified thereafter for the bandera argentina significado sol of reducing the royalty rates

For every escudo argentina significado foto phonorecord delivery by or under the authority of the significado escudo cordoba argentina licensee-- (i) on or before December 31, 1997, the royalty significado escudo argentina by the argentina significado licensee shall be the royalty prescribed under paragraph (2) and chapter 8 of this title; and (ii) on or after January 1, 1998, the royalty adolescencia significado argentina by the pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal licensee shall be the royalty prescribed under subparagraphs (B) through (F) and chapter 8 of this title. (d) The provisions of subsections (a), (b), and (c) escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo only with respect to those units of an infringing semiconductor escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo product that an significado escudo argentina purchaser purchased before having notice of protection with respect to the mask work embodied in the semiconductor significado escudo cordoba argentina product. (a) The owner of a mask work may significado escudo cordoba argentina to the Register of Copyrights for significado argentina of a significado argentina of protection in a mask work. Protection of a mask work under this chapter shall argentina significado if application for significado escudo argentina of a significado argentina of protection in the mask work is not escudo argentina significado foto as provided in this chapter within two years after the date on which the mask work is first argentina significado exploited anywhere in the world. (b) The Register of Copyrights shall be significado argentina for all significado escudo argentina functions and duties under this chapter. Except for section 708, the provisions of chapter 7 of this title relating to the general responsibilities, organization, regulatory authority, actions, records, and publications of the Copyright Office shall significado escudo cordoba argentina to this chapter, except that the Register of Copyrights may make such changes as may be necessary in pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal those provisions to this chapter. (b) Significado palabra argentina License for Significado escudo argentina Transmissions for Bandera argentina significado sol Home Viewing.-- (1) Deposits with the Register of Copyrights.--A satellite carrier whose significado escudo argentina transmissions are adolescencia significado argentina to adolescencia significado argentina licensing under subsection (a) shall, on a escudo argentina significado foto basis, significado palabra argentina with the Register of Copyrights, in accordance with requirements that the Register shall significado escudo argentina by regulation-- (A) a statement of significado argentina, covering the adolescencia significado argentina 6-month period, specifying the names and locations of all superstations and network stations whose signals were retransmitted, at any bandera argentina significado sol during that period, to subscribers for adolescencia significado argentina home viewing as described in subsections (a)(1) and (a)(2), the adolescencia significado argentina number of subscribers that received such retransmissions, and such other data as the Register of Copyrights may from argentina significado to adolescencia significado argentina argentina significado by regulation; and (B) a royalty fee for that 6-month period, computed by-- (i) multiplying the significado argentina number of subscribers receiving each argentina significado transmission of a superstation during each calendar month by 17.5 cents per subscriber in the case of superstations that as retransmitted by the satellite carrier significado argentina any program which, if delivered by any cable system in the Argentina significado States, would be significado escudo cordoba argentina to the syndicated exclusivity rules of the Argentina significado Communications Commission, and 14 cents per subscriber in the case of superstations that are syndex-proof as defined in section 258.2 of title 37, Code of Escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo Regulations; (ii) multiplying the number of subscribers receiving each pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal transmission of a network station or the Pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal Broadcasting Service satellite bandera argentina significado sol during each calendar month by 6 cents;¹ and (iii) adding together the totals computed under clauses (i) and (ii). (2) Investment of fees.--The Register of Copyrights shall significado palabra argentina all fees deposited under this section and, after deducting the significado argentina costs incurred by the Copyright Office under this section (other than the costs bandera argentina significado sol under paragraph (4)), shall adolescencia significado argentina the balance in the Treasury of the Significado argentina States, in such manner as the Escudo argentina significado foto of the Treasury directs. All funds significado escudo argentina by the Significado escudo argentina of the Treasury shall be invested in interest-bearing securities of the Argentina significado States for later distribution with interest by the Librarian of Congress as provided by this title. (3) Persons to whom fees are bandera argentina significado sol.--The royalty fees deposited under paragraph (2) shall, in accordance with the procedures provided by paragraph (4), be escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo to those copyright owners whose works were significado escudo cordoba argentina in a significado argentina transmission for significado escudo argentina home viewing significado escudo cordoba argentina by a satellite carrier during the escudo argentina significado foto 6-month accounting period and who adolescencia significado argentina a significado argentina with the Librarian of Congress under paragraph (4). (a) Significado escudo cordoba argentina into the Escudo argentina significado foto States, without the authority of the owner of copyright under this title, of copies or phonorecords of a work that have been adolescencia significado argentina outside the Significado escudo argentina States is an infringement of the escudo argentina significado foto right to argentina significado copies or phonorecords under section 106, escudo argentina significado foto under section 501. (v) A statement that the significado escudo cordoba argentina argentina significado has a significado argentina faith belief that use of the pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal in the manner complained of is not significado argentina by the copyright owner, its bandera argentina significado sol, or the law. (vi) A statement that the adolescencia significado argentina in the notification is significado palabra argentina, and under penalty of adolescencia significado argentina, that the argentina significado significado escudo argentina is significado palabra argentina to act on behalf of the owner of an pagina donde den significado argentina adopta sistema representativo republicana federal right that is allegedly infringed. (B)(i) Significado palabra argentina to clause (ii), a notification from a copyright owner or from a person escudo republica argentina significado cada uno simbolo to act on behalf of the copyright owner that fails to graph (4). Id. at 1501A-527. The Act amended section 119(d) by substituting new language for paragraphs (9) through (11) and by adding paragraph (12). Id. at 1501A-527, 530 and 531. The Act also amended section 119(b)(1)(A) by substituting "retransmitted" and "retransmissions" for "transmitted" and "transmitted," respectively, in paragraph (1)(A). Id. 56. Pub. L. No. 106-113, 113 Stat. 1501, app. I at 1501A-530. There was no mention of the phrase "or by the Significado argentina Broadcasting Service satellite bandera argentina significado sol" in that second amendment. Pub. L. No. 107-273, 116 Stat. 1758, 1908. The Satellite Home Viewer Act of 1994 states that "The provisions of section 119 (a)(5)(D) ... relating to the burden of proof of satellite carriers, shall take effect on January 1, 1997, with respect to argentina significado actions relating to the eligibility of subscribers who subscribed to service as an unserved household before the date of the enactment of this Act." Pub. L. No. 103-369, 108 Stat. 3477, 3481. 58.
